All guests staying at Mount Retreat Resort must present valid ID proof at the time of check-in.
Children below 15 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Check-In time is 2:00 PM / Check-Out time is 10:30 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
Rooms are allotted on double occupancy. Additional guest requires valid ID proof and extra charges.
Usage of the Swimming Pool is complimentary for staying guests. Pool rules must be followed.
Prior appointments are recommended for Spa, Yoga Sessions, or any special experiences.
Visitors of in-house guests may meet only in common areas and are not allowed inside guest rooms.

Professional photography/videography is restricted. Permission required. Additional charges may apply.
Pets are not allowed within the resort premises.
Mount Retreat Resort follows a nature-conservation environment. Guests causing disturbance may be requested to check-out.
Any damage to resort property or belongings will be charged for repair or replacement.
Doctor-on-call service is not available. In case of emergency, resort staff will assist to nearest hospital.
